community and autonomy

Like these strudels she whipped up from the bits of ingredients she found laying around my kitchen. I make things, I look around, see what I have and create something new. Missy investigates, she is currently in the middle of a project that will show the effects that a range of treatments will have on various types of wood.

Each of us found the thing that would fill the creative ache within us. We asked advice of each other, offered solutions, brainstormed together, while still working individually. This kind of collaboration is my favorite, community and autonomy. We are so lucky to have each other.
